I want to eliminate truck waiting times. By focusing on berth reservations, we aim to reduce truck waiting and improve the productivity of logistics operations, promoting white logistics.
In recent years, various issues in logistics have become apparent, such as increased truck waiting times, the burden of loading and unloading operations, and the emergence of waiting vehicles due to delays. There is a growing momentum for problem-solving through the strengthening of regulations on waiting times, the establishment of subsidy systems, and the promotion of white logistics initiatives. To respond to the current state of the logistics industry, we are currently addressing functional expansions and other needs. We support the resolution of challenges related to truck loading and unloading, such as measures for truck waiting times, streamlining inbound and outbound operations, dispersing peak hours for loading and unloading, and alleviating truck waiting times through ICT.
